No Return Policy for Rustic Halo Products

At Rustic Halo, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on our products. However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances where a return is necessary. In such cases, returns must be approved in advance and meet the following conditions:

  1. Return Approval:
    Returns are not accepted unless approved by Rustic Halo. If you believe your situation qualifies for a return, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [Your Email Address] with the following details:

    • Your order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • Photos or evidence of any issues with the product
  2. Return Authorization (RA) Number:
    If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number. No returns will be accepted without an RA Number. The RA Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.

  3. Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

  4. Condition of Return:
    Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a return if the product is not received in its original condition.

  5. Refunds:
    If the return is approved and the product is received in acceptable condition, a refund will be issued for the item, minus any original shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  6. Exclusions:
    Custom or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
